PAXLOVID 150mg + 100mg

How often do I take Paxlovid? You take three Paxlovid pills twice daily for five days for a full course that adds up to 30 pills. It helps that the pills are packaged in a “dose card,” basically a medication blister pack that allows you to punch out the pills as needed.

 Figure 1: Demonstration of Paxlovid packaging and dosage required to be taken. You need to take all 3 tablets behind the yellow foil in the morning and all 3 tablets behind the blue foil in the evening. Please make sure that you take the medication as instructed
